Incarcerated Individuals Testing Information
Note: As of June 14, 2021, VT DOC COVID Testing Tracking information updates are disseminated on Mondays and Thursdays each week. In the event of a state holiday coinciding with these days, information will be provided on the nearest work day.
The top table – In-State Incarcerated Individuals COVID Tracking - shows the TOTAL counts in each category as of the reporting start date of March 23, 2020.
The second table –Out-of-State Incarcerated Individuals COVID Tracking – provides COVID 19 testing updates for Vermont individuals incarcerated at Tallahatchie County Correctional Facility (TCCF) in Mississippi.
The bottom table- Incarcerated Individuals Total COVID Tracking by Facility – shows the number of current positive incarcerated individuals and total unique positive cases based on the location of the individual at the time of the test. If an individual is moved to another facility after testing positive, they will be reported as a positive test for the facility of origin. Data are provided from the start date of March 23, 2020 to the current date. Most Recent Positive Case reflects the most recent date that an individual with a positive result was tested. This DOES NOT reflect the date in which the result was received and disseminated.
These reports are accurate as of 2:00pm on the report date. Information in red indicates new information since the last report.
Medical Isolation refers to the physical separation of ill persons (positive Covid-19 test and/or the presence of symptoms: fever, cough or respiratory distress) from those who are not ill in order to prevent the spread of disease-causing germs.

The Department will report confirmed positive test results of DOC staff. The Department will not release any information that could lead to the identification of a staff member.
