Facility Restructuring Contingency Plan
Because of the uncertainty regarding the final resolution of the legislative proposals (to restructure Vermont Correctional Facilities) the Commissioner requested that we begin planning for that potentiality. The attached is a summary of actions that must be taken should the current legislative proposals be enacted.
