Corrections Competency Training Supplement (Article 24)
Article 24 refers to the contract article that allows elligible employees to receive a quarterly stipend allowance to participate in in-service training up to 40 hours per year. Employees may earn from $1000 to $1400 per year for full participation.
Special Team Allowance (Article 72)
Article 72 refers to the contract article that explains how emploees who are certified part-time trainers or Corrections Emergecy Response Team (CERT) members for the Department may receive an annual bonus of $250 for the first year of eligibility and $300 for every year thereafter.
Accelerated Step Advancement Program (Article 73)
Article 73 refers to the contract article that explains how certain employees have an opportunity for an accelerated pay step increase based on training participation.
Tuition Assistance
Eligible employees recieve up to $125 per credit not to exceed 12 credits per year in an approved college course of study.
